Data Deletion Policy
How Ovaideu users may request deletion of account data, connected tokens, leads, assets, workspace records, and provider access.

01What can be deleted
Users may request deletion of profile data, OAuth tokens, API keys, lead records, generated drafts, uploaded assets, team access, workspace settings, and connected-provider metadata where applicable law and product operation allow deletion.
02What may be retained
Ovaideu may retain billing records, invoices, tax records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, audit logs, dispute records, legal notices, and records required for compliance or legitimate defense.
03Provider revocation
Disconnecting a provider in Ovaideu removes stored access where supported, but users may also need to revoke access inside Google, Meta, Microsoft, HubSpot, Zoho, or other provider account settings.
